IS it the amp fan failing? It could be something simpler and cheap.
Generally speaking, an amp attempts to protect itself from heat, shorts, overloads and operator exuberance by refusing to turn on or stay on.
Overloads can be from excessive periods of high output or marginally low impedance loading by the speakers; and shorts would be wiring issues or a speaker blowing up.
You should be able to feel if it's hot. WHY is it overheating? Make sure it has sufficient ventilation on all sides and that vent holes are not blocked by dust balls. Ensure the fan (if equipped) is running as designed (some only operate on demand). Clean dust and debris from it.
If the amp comes back on after cooling, you're lucky. They only have so many self-protection cycles in their lives so continuously resetting or cycling their power without addressing the cause can do more harm than good.
If it protects immediately on a cool power up you should disconnect the speaker connections and try it '*****'. If it comes up then diagnose which lead(s) are shorted. If it does not come up the problem is internal and should be left to an experienced and competent hands-on tech.
WE don't fix things, nor do we provide parts. We provide advice and answers and usually simple direction for where to look for answers, which are usually available somewhere on the Internet.
You can find the Service Manual (not necessarily for free) by web searching "Technics HD81 Service Manual". It will identify the fan part number. Then web search for THAT.
Only YOU know where you are so we can't point you to a repair tech. labor charges will vary. Once again, web search.
Technics SE-TX100 is a power amplifier and has no volume controls on it. Uoy can control the volume from the preamplifier tha will give the signal at SE-TX100.

Check all your wiring for short circuits, check your speaker coils are not shorted either - if you cant do this try any other pair of speakers on the system.
check the main capacitors in the power supply, check the internal fuses, and change the wall plug fuse - check all the large capacitors for closed/short circuit or cracked solder joints, resolder anything suspicious looking.
the fuse could be **nearly** blown, and bend apart when it gets warm, change it to be sure...
hope this helps.

I am using a male/female 7-pin XLR connector assembly to black box. I am using two 3-pin XLR connectors, one for SM2 microphone function, one for SM2 headset function.

Hi! The problem is, that your SH-AC300 needs an amp with 5.1 input (but no decoder). For this purpose technics delivered SA-AX710. So if you'd like to use your current equipment it would be impossible. The only option is for you to buy 2 more Power Amps (SE-A900S), so that each of 3 amps would take care for one part of music. (one for FL, FR; one for RL, RR; and one for sub and center). Another option is for you to buy SA-AX710. Then all the problems would be solved with it.
