Freezer is not freezing some items and not freezing some. Ice Cream is not freezirng, sausage & hotdogs are not freezing. Ham is not freezing, etc. There is no food blocking vents. I tried to clean under frigerator, but can't get to all of it. Until this week, we let freezer almost completely empty & not put hardly anything in it but ice cream.. It would not melt but our ice cube trays are freezing. Can you help me?

Hi, The freezer is not staying cold enough...ice cream takes colder temps...
Many times a freezer and/or refrigeratordo not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many otherthings that can go wrong. If you are hearing a clicking or buzzing thencheck out the last two tips.
