To enter service modes you follow this sequence of key stroke: clearmodes, "1" , "0", "7", then hold down clearstop for three seconds. Once you're there to reset this code you must enter SP 5-810 (SC code reset) and select "1". Then simultaneously press the Original Type key and the OK (or enter) key. (There is no need to turn the main switch off and on.).

You are getting that error due to not having the correct sata controler driver installed.
