I suggest you to download some third party tool to open your attachments that can easily open that and can supports your Moto e Smartphone. You download that from Google Play Store by which you get some genuine options. Hope this will help you.

The menu bar is usually hidden; the icon can vary. Press the icon with several horizontal lines or a vertical line of dots inside the app; you should see the options, including help. Not all Motorola devices support one button navigation with the fingerprint sensor. If your device does, you need to enable the feature. Open the Moto app, select Actions and then One button navigation. Enable the feature.

Had the same problem and tried all solutions offered on the internet. Mute is off, wire's are not broke, mic is not obstructed.... Called Motorola and they are sending a replacement since the unit is less than one year old. They are sending me the H780 model since the H715 is out of stock. Call 800-331-6456. If you say "agent" you will bypass all the voice prompts.

You need a blue tooth doggle 30 bucks at wallmart
install usb blue tooth doggle on ur pc or notebook

on your phone goto bluetooth folder. connect to personal network

open up active sync on phone and click menu then connect via bluetooth.

Try browsing the web. Your online and its shared from your home connection.

If you want to use free internet from home using your moto Q get a bluetooth doggle. connect a personal network and connect your active sync to blue tooth. and you have free internet for your while ur home on ur q. great for webcam streams.

to delete the history on your moto q, you have to click start, go to internet explorer, click menu, go to options, click on memory, than clear history

try the regular IE does it give the same error?
