I have an HP Deskjet 3845 printer and the power light is blinking. It also says it is offline. I have deleted the printer and re-installed it and I have also unplugged it but it is still blinking and saying its offline. What do I do???

It could be because the Ink cartridge is defective ,
Did you try removing one cartridge and restrat it to see if the blinking stop , if not put the cartridge back and pull out the other one and try again !

it is possible that the printer as a ink issue or thinks it has a paperjam, another thing that can happen is that the print sent to the printer become corrupt locking the printer in a "i dont know what to do" state.
try to run a test print through the printer using the internal test, this is normmaly done by holding down the power button till the power light blinks it should then spit out a print (do this while unplugged form the computer)

if the driver has become corrupted it also will send damaged print information to the printer
if the test print works fine than you may need to delete all your queued jobs and then run a WINDOWS TEST PRINT form the driver. if this still does not work reinstall the drivers of the printer
(providing the printer will run an internal print)
If it will not let you remove it completely, run regedit and search for hp 3845 and delete everything associated with it. Just be carefull to only delete hp printer files.
