How do I file a formal complaint against a dealership in Tampa FL.

If you left Panama city an hour ago, You can make Port Charlotte before dark. Tampa is a bit more than half way. It is about 100 miles north of Port Charlotte.

None but to have it repainted. As far as a recall don't hold your breath on that, you are the very first complaint I've read about this, so I'll assume it is not a widespread problem. The vehicle is 11 years old so any help is doubtful from the factory.

I took my Lexus to dealership in Tampa. They said it would be so expensive to fix the steering wheel adjustment not working , that I should get rid of the car. My 99 Lexus is beautiful and runs great. It is sad that dealers feel this way. Bill in Tampa

If your vehicle is REGULARLY maintained at a Manufacturer Dealership, you may have redress against them. All Diagnostic tests for Equipment Function, including the status of the AIR bag deployment system should be on the Vehicle History file, held on the Manufacturer Computer Mainframe, as and when, downloaded by the Servicing Dealer.
