I have an equalizer pro handheld massager eq700 and when using it it seems to have a short. I have to keep wiggling the cord by the base to make it work. How can I have it fixed?

Use an ammeter to check the continuity. If it gives a reading there's a problem. if it reads 00.00 then passage of current is okay. if all fails -- replace wiring.

Check that you have power and that there is a lit LED when a massage attachement is put into the top. Otherwise check this link for further instructions and power issues.

I am having the same problem but mine did not come with a fuse and I can't get a hold of Pyle.

The cord may have broken wires internally and needs to be replaced. It comes from constant flexing on one point.

Get its PCB checked for any shorting or ask a technician to brush up the whole pcb with some alcohol and try 5A fuse instead of 4A. You can also look for latest Jade massager bed Carefit 5000 which is more advanced than a massage chair

Yes there was a short circuit and am sure the massager and the cpomputer where plugged in the sane extension box that was why there was loss of power when the massager stopped working.For the massager it is the fuse so get a new fuse for it.

Possible that the supply to the motor is cut or the motor is faulty or the switch has failed.
you have to remove and check the three possible faults, perhaps inthe process of vibration this can make wires break off contacts.
