I have a Casio waveceptor 4305. Since having the battery changed I am running approx 2 hours ahead. I can manually set the time and date but cant move the minute and hour hand.

You can get instructions from the Casio web site.

Go to the casio web site "casio.com".

Select "support" and the "manuals",
watches;

Accept terms

Select "watch manual archive"

Read the number of the back of your watch and enter it into the search box

My casio 4305 watch is showing the wrong time and ive been through the instructions but its still 3 and half hrs fast

You need to reste youre watch.
you need te set the dail to 12 hour position.
Doing it by holding the a and b button together. wait about 5 second and the dials should shift to 12 o clock position.
If not use the B button to shift the secons hand, then a then b fot the minute hand, then a en then b button to shift the hour hand.
After placing all the hands on 12 you press b on time and yourewatch sjould then adjust to the right time.

On time atomic watch wrong time zone EXSV10+Talking+Watch I DON'T HAVE+instructions+owner+manual I need to set correct time?

The EXSV10 Atomic Talking Watch by On-Time sets itself to the official time standard of the United States government, maintaining split second accuracy. It can also literally "tell" you the time. It talks! The On-Time talking atomic watch also has daily alarm capability, and can be set to announce the time every hour.

Use the four numbers on the back of your watch and you will have a PDF version of your instruction manual.

How do you set the hands? The digital time is correct...

You do need to take it to the jewery watch repair.If you go to the flea mkt there are alot of vendor that would do it while you shop and the price is very cheap.They have the tools to remove the hands of the watch.You cant do it yourself because some are attach with pressure and if you tighten too hard the hands will not move or they will fall out...

Casio 4305 battery change problem

You don't say whether it has the minutes right and the hour wrong or if both are wrong. If it's just that the hour is wrong, you need to set the time zone.

Atomic clocks and watches have a "zero" position. Your manual should tell you how to "zero" the watch and what the time should be when it is zeroed. Each manufacturer is different. I have one that points to 3:00 and one that points to 12:00. If you zero your watch and it doesn't point to the right position, you will need to remove the movement from the case and manually move the hands to the zero position.

Been there, done that.

Changing the hand time only w/o changing the digital time

For Casio Waveceptor:

--- A
( ) Button Reference
--- B

Set in correct order:
1) Hand Home Position
2) Digital Time Set

1) Hand Home Position:
Press and hold A and B for 5 seconds, Press A to move Second Hand to 12: position: (if not there). Press B to enter Hour/Min set mode. Press A to move both hands to 12: position. Hold A to move hands fast, Press A again to stop hands. All 3 hands are now at 12' oclock.

Press B to exit Hand Home Position mode and enter Timekeeping Mode.

2) Digital Time Set: (hands will self set when done)
Press and hold B for 5 seconds to enter setting mode.
Press A to advance current item or scroll through choices. Press B to set item and advance to next item.

<Order of Items to Set>
GMT Differential -> Daylight Savings auto/on/off -> Seconds -> Hour -> Minutes -> Year -> Month -> Day -> Day of week language -> Auto receive -> (back to Timekeeping Mode).

<Setting each Item>
GMT Differential: Press A untill your time zone is reached (E=eastern, C=central, M=mountain, P=pacific). Press B to set (advances to next item).

Daylight Savings: Press A untill desired DST mode is reached: ("At" auto, "On" after spring change, "Of" after fall change) Press B to set (advances to next item).

Repeat to set: Seconds (resets to :00), Hour, Minutes, Year, Month, Day, Day of Week Language, and Auto Receive (on/off).
For each item, Press A to advance, and B to set.

Pressing B to set last item exits Setting Mode and enters Timekeeping Mode. Hands advance to current time.

Good luck,

Casio Wave Captor Watch wont set to correct time.

You need to manually adjust or set the hands to the home position as they are not where the watch thinks they should be. This can happen when you bring your watch close to a strong magnetic field. Look in the manual to do this. Afterwards your watch should set to the correct time.

Atomic watch

You most likely don't have the Daylight Savings Time (DST) set to AUTO mode. Just hold the ADJUST button until the time starts blinking. Then hit MODE and DST will show on the top. Hit RECEIVE as needed until you see AUTO in the bottom. Then just hit ADJUST 2 more times and you're set.

These instructions are actually for my Casio G-Shock MTG-900 but I imagine they're very similar for most G-Shock atomic watches.

Date changes wrong time

thats because analog watches don't know the difference between AM/PM. First reset the time, moving the hour and minute hands another 12 hours will let you know exactly what mode its in (am/pm) first allowing you to set the date correctly.
