Have u tried running the broadband cd as it will be all new settings now that ops has changed if this does not work ring the provider u could be knocked off the network

Sorry, Windows is corrupted beyond repair (you probably have a very nasty malware infection). A fresh full install is mandatory.
And next time use a better antivirus.
hi, please try to install the drivers forcefully. right click>exclamation mark>update driver>install manually>dont connect the internet>select from specific location>sound and game controller>have disk and then give the path where driver file is saved. thanks.

first of all never change the registery of your system because very senstive.any way
restore the system in safe mode from system tool in Accessories.
if it does not work then upgrade the os form xp cd.
