Did you configure the router, to select:

1. SSID, the "name" of your network;
2. encryption-level. Hint: use 'WPA' or 'WPA2'.
3. password to your network.

If so, then enter the SSID/password on the iPad, to connect to your network.

Your iPAd should see your wireless network like other devices do. Does your iPad not prompt you to connect to your home network? If it does you should enter your wireless pass key manually on your iPad.

Where do i enter password to get wifi on my blackberry off home router?

Hi,

Welcome to Fixya. To connect you Blackberry to the Belkin router wirelessly you first need to know the SSID or Network Name and the Network Key or Password

- To access the router page you need a working computer that is connected to the router. To access the router page just open a browser then type 192.168.2.1, the Default password is blank.

- Click on Encryption, You will see there the Network Key or Passphrase. You can personalize the Network Key then confirm the changes try your Blackberry to connect.

- Make sure you connect to your SSID and enter the personalize network key. Network key serves as a password on the network so that no one can access the internet unless they know the password.

you need to set the password in your computer's network connection as well:
control panel --> network connections --> wireless .
find your SID network and delete it.
then re-scan for network connections and when it finds it will ask for the password.
enter the password and you should be good to go

Belkin Wireless G Plus MIMO Problem

connect a network cable to it. the open a web browser like internet explorer and type: http:\\192.168.1.1

A user interface should appear, the default password will be either 0000 or 1234.

Connect to your broadband provider (make sure you have a DSL lilght on solid, not flashing) and see can you browse the internet, you may need to put your username and password in the browser.

If you can browse you are now ready to setup your wirelees side of your network.

Disconnect the cable and activate your wireless on your pc/laptop. Search for your network name (this can be checked when connected to your router, usually under, wireless SSID name. Call it something you reconise)

Try connect to it now...

Hope this helps...
