I own 10B and one day I join table 50/100K after that the pot me in pokerist jail no friends no players look like none here I send more than 100 msg none here too ! I decide leave that bad game for ever the only way to not get block is buy chips from them if you keep play and when in mega table or win a big pot ,, so you will be welcome in jail

Have you not checked the website for help in acessing your account there normaly have a password or username recovery in place if not contact them via email or telephone.
this happened to me and my friend. I gave my friend some chips so they think that i was selling chips. So i think that banned me. have to wait and see, otherwise cant see to find the solution.
