you can do 3 things.
1: ignore it, click X.
2: upgrade. IT.
3: or remove the upgrade engine in the startup folders of windows.

No, it means you are being advised to upgrade the firmware in the BT8010 to the latest version to have improved function. It does not mean your BT8010 won't work, it just won't be a versatile as if you did the upgrade. You will need the follow Jabra's instructions how to download the firmware from their internet site and install it,

You have to install the Jabra Control Center, and it will take you through the steps.

Obvious it's a software problem.I strongly recommand downgrading from the OFFICIAL SITE or a trusty one the previous version that you had before or you could try 1.3 1.2 untill you find a working one.

i didnt find out the problem but i found out a way to fix it... if ur headset is paired with ur phone, remove it (from the 4ne) the try to pair the two again even thought the jabra is not responding. put the switch into pair mode and hold it there. (make sure bluetooth is on and ur phone is ready for pairing)
ones i paired the headset with my phone again it started working fine and the display started working too.

What you can do is go to dell's website and dl the bluetooth driver
