Hi Ashley,
It clearly indicates that the battery of your laptop has deteriorated and cannot hold enough charge to run the system without AC Adaptor/ external Power Supply Source. So, the battery is supposed to be replaced with a new one. You may have noticed that the battery would be empty when you start the netbook and it shows 100% (fully charged) in a very less time. This happens due to the faulty/ deteriorated battery, which has very less charge holding capacity and hence shows fully charged in no time. If so, I suggest that you buy a new genuine battery (not any replacement), as genuine battery would last longer and serve you best.
On the contrary, if the battery gets charged normally and takes about 50-60 minutes to show 100%, then you may get the netbook checked by any authorized professional for complete hardware (Battery/ AC Adaptor etc).

Hope it helps! Good Luck! Thanks for using Fixya!

I'm going to assume your wifi is acting up. It does help to use proper grammar when asking a question. So we know the whole situation. It looks like your F9 key should turn it back on if that is all you are asking.

Factory reset

If it was by Asus you could. Not sure about Samsung. Usually laptops have a seperate partition then contains the files to reinstall from scratch.

My Samsung N145 Battery does not power the notebook

If thelaptop battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out.Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles andwill lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% and graduallythe charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR The batteryshows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the battery drops offto zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to an unacceptablecharge level then the battery needs to be replaced.

I cant change desktop backgroung i dont know why :@ at samsung n145 pc.. its not possible. i click on desktop but there dont show me " properties" and anywhere else in pc i cant change too !

What OS are you running? The N145 comes with Windows 7 Starter. One of the limitations of Windows Starter edition is that the background is fixed. You will need to upgrade ($$) to a different version (Home Premium, Pro or Ultimate) to unlock the desktop background.

On higher editions of Windows 7, right click on the desktop and choose Personalize to change the background. (Alternative route > Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Personalization )

I wish that I had better news for you.

(your other option is to install a different OS (non-MS).)
