The L130 off of the show room floor does not have adjustable drak link / tie rods.
One of the 300 hour inspections is to inspect the steering pivot bushings. You jack up the front from the center and check for play of the pivot bushings by teetering the tie at the 6 and 12 oclock positions. If you get a lot of movement the bushings are bad. If the bushings are ok (I doubt they are) then you can also add adjustable tie rods

Just note the pivot bushings do NOT show up on any JD diagram but they do exist. Check with JD parts. They most likely know the PN from memory.

Regarding the pivot bushings that you are talking about: do you mean the bushings right on the steering column (there are 2 on the bottom, and then 1 real small one way at the top)?
