you mean how to set the time?

screw crown? if yes, turn the crown to loosen counter clockwise.
pull gently day and date adjust
pull gently again time set

Model you have does not appear on the Tissot web site but other TXL models are shown..

As with many watch manufacture houses novadays watch technology differs from house to house. Tissot is no difference as T-series watches was developed by Tissot itself.
You have to follow the steps one by one as instructed in your watch manual. Probably you will need reset your watch completely, depending what actions you've allready done.
In case if you lost your watch manual, go to www.tissot.ch and find out everything you need.

I downloaded a user's manual from Tissot's website. But it also dosn't give clear information. If you search from Google writing "tissot t-touch user manual", you will see some useful information. y. YAzar
