I had given my mobile to repair touch flow at authorised htc service center my set is htc t3452 & its imi no is 35678601514126401 during this process they taken backup . After repair they transfer the data in device that include only contact no but they transfer snaps in to memory card which was already filled with microsoft excell financial file , This mc was inserted after repair but on opening the m.excell file & snaps ,nothing was visible so these people open it on their computer, then they found the card,s all file are locked THE MENC LOCK,

Hi,
1) you can get a back up of your contacts/phonebook by connecting to a computer and activating ActiveSync.
2)Please suggest what do you mean by Menc file?
3)If you have many applications running,phone memory gets reduced and may hang.
