SOURCE: by mistake i erased my user guide of my n150 samsung netbook
The user guide is downloadable from Samsung's website here:
http://www.samsung.com/hk_en/support/detail/supportPrdDetail.do?menu=SP01&prd_mdl_name=NP-NC10
It is an executable file that brings up a flash version of the user manual. I was unabale to find a pdf version of the manual.
please rate my solution
SOURCE: fn birghtness key not working
If the "fn" key works with other "fn" command buttons it may be the drivers. Your machine came with a CD of drivers. I would visit Dell's Support website, plug in your "Service Tag" number (found on a label on your machine) and download the latest if your CD is missing. Re-install these drivers. Look into the "Dell Quickset Utility."
SOURCE: certain keys on samsung N150 not working. space
Some dust or liquid must have entered or dropped on the keyboard. If it is just dust try using a compressed-air spray canister to blow in the space around the key.
If that does not work you can use a thin knife or flat screwdriver to pry the keys off. Do that with the 3 key first as the space bar is more difficult to put back in - there are a couple of springs that have to be fitted just right. Clean away any dirt and push the key in place.
If it is a liquid then you must open the entire keyboard panel and clean it from the inside. If you have the confidence and skill to do that you can try searching samsung support about how to do that. It is not that difficult if you follow the instructions carefully, but if you yank the flat cable connector off it may be difficult for you to snap it back in.Otherwise ask for professional repair.
