Connection

posted by markfoulon on Aug 30, 2008

I have a Windows ME system. The D-Link Air Plus
Xtreme Wireless Utility detects my home network. When I go to the Site
Survey screen, my home network is there, including in the Profile area. It
is set up correctly (as it worked in the past on this machine -- I don't
know why it stopped). But when I click on Connect, it does not connect,
The Link Info screen shows Disconnected for Status.

I've got to believe there is a simple answer for how to go from profile to
connected.

The About screen says:

MAC Address: 00:11:95:BD:F5:D9
Utility Version: V4.10
Driver Version: 3.3.0.1571

Thank you for anything you can do.

The software is simply too NEW for your computer (happens all the time) BUT you can get your computer upgraded at a local computer repair store.
