Your current firmware(not software) is enough to download,run games,music.etc Still if you want to download latest firmware you may download RM-635 v.10.65 (21.5mb file size) However you always need a pc to install the downloaded firmware.

you must download from your supplier compnay phone. Call ONLIne OR CHAT with them, they supply with some utility software and fix it.

you call to the simcard customer care and ask the pukcode number.you have to say the simcard registration number and then customer will give the puk code number.you enter to the cell phone.next enter 00000 or 0000 and repeat the numer to unlock security code..............

We could not repair this problem because 2690 is Sim lock (sl3).the only way to solve this problem is to buy RPL file and write it.Like the heart of human beings this file is the heart of every phone.Anyway I'll help you to find out the solution in case if I found.Thanks
