first check your GPRS settings...better download it once again from your service provider......if still there is problem then on your phone go to MENU>SETTINGS>restore factory settings/ full factory restore......phone restarts......get gprs settings from your network service provider company and it will definitely work

This problem cause due to over usage of phone memory.So, first of all try to remove sim card and charger and try to reboot the phone for 5-10 times.If the problem still persist contact mobile repairing shop or follow the steps below First download and install Pheonix from this link. Nokia Phoenix Service Software 2011 - Download secondly Download flash file from this link C 3 flash file and install it to C / program files/pheonix.. after finished this installation open pheonix . Inside the interface at the> top left <there you see "File" click there and choose "open file" and then select the approprait Product type i.e "which is written on the back panel inside the battery of every Nokia(Type RM-000).After doing this again at the left top count from "File"1..2..3..the 4th one is "Flashing" press there, when you click there you'll see three sub-menus, just select the "Firmware Update" again you'll see another interface. You might not have the settings of the service provider saved in your set. To enable GPRS, contact the Customer Care of the service provider, who will instruct you and provide you with the necessary settings.

Delete some configuration on your phone. You can find it in phone setting. Or you can restore the setting to the factory setting. Enter *#7780# from standby screen, the standard phone code for nokia is 12345. And then, request GPRS configuration from your service provider again

How to activate GPRS steps: Select Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Packet data > Packet data connection. Select Always online to set the phone to automatically register to a GPRS network when you switch the phone on. Select When needed, and the GPRS registration and connection are established when an application using GPRS needs it and closed when you end the application.

You can try by using the master security code .This code can be got from the following link by providing the imei no.If the master security code does not work.There is a option reset security password only by using the flash utilities for this contact service centre

For Opera Mini and other applications which requires network connection, should have GPRS setting in phone. Contact your Service Provider for gprs setting, Or tell me your service provider name and country name i will try.
