Prism Plus is printing but the ink is not sticking to the cd. I've tried multiple setting on the Master Print Strobe, a different cable, a different computer, multiple cleanings as instructed in the manual, different printing software, installing driver, different ribbon, different cds(thermal compatible), and I brought a buddy's Prism over to try and it does the same thing mine does on my computer yet it works on his computer and this is the reason I tried another computer of mine but it did not work. I contacted Rimage via telephone and the gentleman told me that it can't be the printhead if I'm getting any kind of image off of it, which I am but it's only visable as a glossy black image on the flat black ribbon. Please help....
