This is what I would recommend. You probably had a song playing on the player when you were trying to delete a song. I tried doing the same thing and it wouldn't work. So I closed out the song I was playing and deleted the song I needed to. I clicked the drive that came up for the player itself, looked for the song needed to be deleted and just hit the delete key over the song.Should delete the song. Make sure you click safely remove device on taskbar when you are done deleting all the songs. Email me at [email protected], if you are having further problems.

It will not let me delete any songs ! HELP !!!!

Hello,

If you can't delete any of your songs via the player then you have to attach it to a Computer.

But that is, if you have got the Lead that Connects from your MP3 Player to a USB connector, then that plugs into your Computer.

Then it should load up under Drive E then open up the folder until you see your tracks! then you can delete the tunes you don't wish to have.

Good Luck

Not enough space

Hello. You will need to delete a few tracks from your MP3 player to in order to add more songs.

Simply select the songs you wish to delete, right click, and click "Delete" or "Move to Recycle Bin"

To select more than one song at a time, you can multi-select by selecting one song, holding down Ctrl on your keyboard, and selecting the others until all songs you don't want are selected.

1 Gb is rather small, coming in at about 1024 Megabytes. The average cd quality Mp3 file is around 3.5 to 5 megabytes in size.

1024 / 5 = 204.8

This means you will only be able to fit around 203 high-quality mp3s on your player at one time, and will periodically need to delete and replace them as your music library gets larger.

With these smaller capacity mp3 players, it is often handy to arrange your music library into small folders on your computer so that you can simply clear the player and drop in the contents of one folder. You can even monitor how many files are in each folder to ensure you don't run into this problem often.

I hope this was helpful. -
