Call T-Mobile at 877-453-1304 and request the unlock code for your CLIQ from a customer service representative.

2 Slide your CLIQ's battery cover away from the camera lens and off of the phone, and then lift the battery out of the battery compartment and set it aside.

3 Slide the T-Mobile SIM card out from under the metal band holding it in place, and then place a SIM card from another carrier in its slot.

4 Replace your CLIQ's battery, and then hold down the "Power" button on the right side of the phone to turn it on. Your CLIQ will prompt you to enter a special code.

5 Type your unlock code using the number keys on your CLIQ's touch-screen or slide-out keyboard.

if u r able to access the bootloader screen, (blue screen w/ motorola logo) then its probably 98% fixable. pull battery and reinstall, power up while holding the menu button, if it show the blue screen, u should b able to bring it back around to your way of thinking. you'll need to google the latest release of motorola RSD lite and down load it, and the correct firmware for your cliq, usb cable, and a pc w/internet. I have recovered mine and loaded a custom rom(cm7) on it using the info i found @ www.modmymobile.com they have just bout everything you'll need from device specific forums,links,technical info from real tech's, and devolpers. best of all its totaly free! just make sure you take the extra time 2 do some heavyish research, as there are several methods available, find the 1 thats right 4 u an ur phone and get to work, the worst that can happen already has, eitherway you'll have a new phone, if ya do try it, let me know how ya did. just post it here. thanks, and good luck restorin ur cliq. dholl1

Do backup your data and do a factory reset going to settings . That should fix it .

Connect your iPod Touch to your computer. Turn your iPod Touch off (hold down the top button and slide the red off slider). Then hold down the top button and the home button for ten seconds then let go of the top button while still holding the home button and KEEP holding it for up to 30 seconds. If it doesn't work the first time, try it again - iTunes should pop up and say that it sees an iPod Touch in restore mode. Click restore and you'll be able to get it back up...

The key to use for voice commands is the HOME BUTTON. This is the button that has the shape of a house on it, to the right of the green send key. Set the app to none or app 1, and it should work. It has only worked a few times for me though; it is kind of confusing. So, good luck. Also, there is an online voice command help. Go to voice command, click menu, click help.

Make sure all your passwords and accounts are correct in your "accounts" menu (it's on the page after the home screen a red "motoblur" logo. If that doesnt work try deleting some of your msgs etc from a computer. If you have too many msgs it always has to retrieve all of them on start up.

Try doing a hard restore

1. Shut down the phone
2. Hold the power button & camera button until a triangular picture pops up
3. Let go of the button that it tells you to.
4. Press Alt+S when your at the triangular screen

Hit your Voice command button on the right upper outside of phone, Hit Settings Hit 1 make sure Automatic is Checked, hit ok
Now Try Voice Command button again, and then hit your upper Right Softkey for Help on commands...
