I just bought a Gigaset A385 Duo but it didn't come with a user guide and I'm having trouble setting it up.

Click on this and choose your manual.

I can't find a users guide but I did find drivers based on your model number. Once the drivers are loaded it will walk you through setting up of the mouse and keyboard and have a help section. Download software and install. Pick the correct operating system. Hope this helps.
