My Casio protrek prg 60 1aver is stuck in time mode. When I press any of the buttons they do not activate the required function. The charge indicator has been been stuck on 'M' for days. I have tried to recharge it for a few hours in direct sunlight but this hasn't done anything. Thanks in anticipation of your replies.

Why my watch not display or blank after keep for long time

As this is a solar powered watch,there is the PS (Power Saver) function.
If PS is ON (which is by default) display will become blank if watch stays in the dark for sometime.As you bring it back in light,display will be activated automatically.You can switch PS to OFF and have display activated all the time even in dark (not recommended) but in this case battery will run short quickly.And this watch needs power as it is a multifunction watch + atomic time setting.

I dont know how to turn the alarm off on my casio protrek triple sensor watch and it alarms each midnight!?

Scroll through the screens until you get to the alarm screen and select the barometer button to turn alarm on and off.do not go into edit mode.

it's because the contact that sense whether the watch is opened or not is misaligned.
Just open the watch caseback, re-allign the gold contact on the case-back, and make sure it touches the spring in the other side of the watch.

The word "LOW" always appearing

The word LOW means that the solar battery charger is not charging. This could be a defective charger or you're not out in the sun long enough to keep it charged.

no, it changed automatically via the atomic satellite that changes all atomic clocks around the world. It so happens you bought a watch that was made in a different, much different time zone. You have been taken.

Probably one of the buttons of your watch is stuck that's why you cannot use the other buttons of your watch. it has to be opened and check for it, mostly of the button that are stucked with this kind of watch is the illuminator or the light located at the lower middle of your watch. i hope i had helped you.

Thank you for your reply. Just to confirm that all the buttons (from the outside) press in OK and then come back to there original position. Are you suggesting that the problem is inside, behind the buttons as they all appear to work OK?
