sounds like to me you have a bad connection in the battery terminals. try cleaning the contacts with a Emery stick.

Touchpad, mouse and keyboard not working

Try installing the touchpad driver from here http://www.helpjet.net/files-Acer-Aspire-4810T.html#ATouchpad
Once you are done restart your Acer and see what happens.
If this doesnt resolve the issue it may be a problem with the hardware in which case you may need a new touchpad. otherwise just use a mouse as a fix either temporarily or if it turns out to be to expensive to fix.

I have a acer 5741. I have tried many times to charge it but it wont charge no matter how long i leave it plugged in. It is stuck on 10%. When I plug it in it says its charging but nothing actually...

1. Unplug AC adapter. Shutdown

2. Remove battery, Connect AC Adapter

3. Start windows7. Remove Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery under device manager , battery

4. Shutdown, Remove AC Adapter, Install battery, Reattach AC Adapter.

5. Power up -

Now Plugged in and Charging.

If its charging the battery and there's no notification that it is charging most of the time its a glitch inside of the Operating System (Windows 7 Vista or XP). Once you reinstall the Windows that should fix the problem but if the problem persists last thing culprit is the motherboard.Thanks

Hi! Surely is a battery problem. THe battery is faulty which can't hold charge on long time usage. Have the battery replaced and you'll be good. HOpe this helps and thank you for using FixYa!

Acer 4810t. how do I turn on the bluetooth

Check your Device Manager to make sure you computer has Bluetooth capability. If there is no Bluetooth in your control panel, you may have to install the drivers and use the software. You can download the drivers and software from here for the 4810T:

Wi fi on ACER Aspire 4810T connects intermittently

Log into your router and change the channel and see if that helps. Failing that try rebooting the router to factory settings and deleting your connection from the laptop. Then start from scratch again...Hope this helps...Please let me no...

New battery, new power brick, new (built-in) charger maybe. Usually it's not a drastic change if it's the battery.

What the monitoring tools on the PC have to say about the battery state might be important...
