Hello
Its video out card has the trouble. Video out section has an IC which controls the plasma screen pixels. This card is responsible for variable brightness as well as contrast; in fact, control over picture on the seceen. There are two possible faults can be occur to this section. The first one is supply voltage variation to the board. The second one is IC trouble itself. There is no replacement option to this IC; as it is machine pressed. Only card replacement can be done. If so, there are so many service mode adjustments to be done with this after card replacement. To check the supply voltage vairation too; good quality multimeter with frequency counting facility is needed. In fact, this is not a user repairable one. Get it repaired by any well experienced service technican, or by authorised service center for Panasonic. OK.

I have a panasonic vierra 3d tv. my picture gets dimmer and brighter every few seconds repeatedly while watching it. How can I fix this to where it will have a solid bright picture at all times?
This is what another expert said: hi since the problem is what we call an intermittent picture or with abnormal display, now fix first the lvds cable or the flexible cable at the sustain and control board their might be a poor connection it will affect the signal intermittently. then try again to turn on the unit and then observed, if still their was a picture problem by this time a trouble shooting will apply now check a loose contact as will as bad component part at Y and Z board. hope this may help just give response if it works thanks for consulting us good day.
This did not work for me. Can anyone else help?
