If you dont have the phone (SIM) in the tablet and Android 2.2 it probably is impossible to register the thing with Google and therefore you cannot usr the market place.

Internet Explorer cannot be installed on an Android tablet. You
may use the browser pre-installed with the tablet to access internet. You may check the Android market website for available browsers. https://market.android.com/
Well, there is a place called "Android Market" or similar.
If your desired game can be found there, simply download and install the game app and you can enjoy the fun.
