To gain a new code you must go though the support department of Electronic Arts (EA). Simply go to their website, click support, and search for "Lost Registration Code". It will provide you with instructions. It is illegal for anyone on FixYa to provide you with a registration code.
If you lose your serial number and/or registration code, click here. Do not go through the product registration process again, as you will be told that the serial number has already been registered.
Lost or Missing Serial Replacement: If you meet one of the following criteria, you can send a request along with an administrative fee to Electronic Arts for a replacement serial/registration number.

The installation code (aka registration code) can be found in one of two places: The first place is on the back of the cd box cover ... If it is not there I would look for it in your instruction manual that came with the game~That's where I found mine. Hope it helps!
If you lost your code you can go to support.microsoft.com and get a new code. You have to purchase to product to get a code there is no universal code to turn it on.
this happen because your version of drivers is not supporting the game.You need to update your drivers.Then the game will run.I too had this kind of error and when i updated my drivers i played the game perfectly on my system
YOU are SOL. You will need to buy a new copy to get your code. You cannot expect anyone to just hand you a pirated code which is illegal. I am not going to get a huge fine for helping a schmuck who lost his code!
