Do you have an control board or a timer? Control board is touch panel time is a knob the you turn to start dishwasher. Most likely what is going on in you have melted wired where they connect to dishwasher.
To check/ correct
Turn dhishwasher off at breaker. Unplug dishwasher also if you can. The bottom of your dishwasher on the outside in front at bottom. There is an access panel usually requires 1/4 inch nut driver or phillips screw.driver. Remove panel. To the right side you will notice a silver square plate that has wires running into it. Remove the 1 screw usually on left with 1/4 inch nut driver. Examine the wires. Any kind of melting or scorch marks. If scorch marks are present. If you have an outlet the the dishwasher plugs into than replace cord. If its hardwaired ( ran directly from dishwasher to circuit breaker. Cut wire back make sure you dont cut too much. Remove all scorch marked wires and take off a little bit more to be safe. Reconnect wires use wire caps and electrical tape. After you finish this if the problem still persist contact a certified electrician you change the breaker and test the wiring.

Dishwasher is tripping RCD, can it be repaired?

not necessary-- yet-- to buy a new unit
tripping the rcd is an indication of earth leakage which could amount to water in the wall plug across pins, moisture across the power board, water in the motor, faulty heater element
what you need is an accredited electrician to run tests on the system to find the reason for the earth leakage that is tripping the rcd
the rcd works from microvolts and operates in nano seconds to prevent electrocution of the operator
testing before buying may save heaps of cash

Hob on my hotpoint oven trips my RCD

It is either a faulty ring, or the regulator that controls it is faulty.
You really need a meter to test the ring with to be certain which part is faulty.
Hope this helps.

Dryer tripping RCD

Try disconnecting the heater and thermostats.
They are located behind a removeable cover at the rear of the dryer.
If it still trips, then the problem is likely to be more serious.
Hope this helps.
