Lift the scanner lid and then open up the ADF (document feeder) mechanism off to the left.
There's a small glass under the ADF mechanism, and it needs to be cleaned.
Use a glass cleaner like Windex sprayed onto a lint free cloth to clean it.
That's it! put the ADF back down and close the scanner lid!

You sure can - the issue is that there is something on the thin strip of glass where the copy goes through from the feeder at the top - follow these directions and you should clear the problem right up.

Sounds like it could be bad cartridge or scanner. Try replacing cartridge first cause this is pretty easy to do and is alot cheaper.

Its not a printer Issue, but its application issue. you will need to uninstall the printer first. then get the drivers those are compatible with the operating system that you use and install those new drivers.
reboot the computer and thats all.
Problem fixed.
