I have a broken handle on my Aurora AS1018CD shredder and I would like to know if this handle can be replaced with a new handle. If yes, then where can I obtain a new handle?

First, look for any screw holes if not then it has an interlocking clips... so be careful when removing it... use proper tools

shredder cloged will not work

I was having the same problem with my shredder. I called customer service; I was informed it was the gears on the inside of my shredder. My shredder is no longer under warranty. However, she is mailing me out the part I need for a small fee. Their customer service number is 1-800-327-8508 in the USA and international only 1-310-793-5650. I do hope this help you!

Sounds like a problem with the switch. Replacement is the most likely option, switches cannot normally be repaired.

I have been told by the manufactutere that they do not make any replacement parts for their shredders. If it is less than a year old they will replace it.

Blow some canned air down into the feed slot to clean the sensors.
