Rear tire of Razor Pocket Mod - Betty is flat and won't hold air. Concerned about removing the tire and trying to replace the tube (as done on front tire several times) because of the gears, brakes, etc.

SOURCE: I need instructions on how to replace the rear

You can't change the tire it is a soild rubber tire molded to the rim. To replace it you have to buy a new rear wheel. Here is a website that sells it.

Razor bella problems

Most likely a bad battery. Check out put voltage on all posts. If it's 12 Volts DC or more, then it should be ok, and you'll need to start looking in the wiring such as the speed control switch. If not, your problem is a bad battery cell and you should replace it. NEVER TRY TO SERVICE A BATTERY!!!!!

Bought a razor pocket mod scooter second-hand-it needs a new inner tube in the rear tire. How do we get the tire off?

Use a wedge. Place the thin end between the tire and rim. Then push the tire off using the wedge and your other hand, work your way around the circumference of the tire until it is off. Use the same process to put the new tire on. But this time you will push the tire on the rim.
This is a pic of the ideal tool you should use:

I got a razor pocket rocket and my back wheel blew up. i have the replacement but i dont know how to do it pls help

Replacing the rear tire is a real nightmare.....you are much better off purchasing the entire rear wheel assembly which you can do from the Australian distributors Funtastic for only about $10-$15 more than if you just bought the tire.

To replace the tire you need to use a bench vice which a couple of bolts clamped into it to hold the hub in place.....you then need to remove the sprocket assembly which is a reverse thread......i had to use a hammer and a large flat head screw driver wrapped in a rag so as not to tear up the teeth.

Once you've loosened the sprocket assembly you have to undo the bolts the hold the two sides of the wheel together and the tire will come right off.

All of this would be totally unecessary if they used a tire that you could remove just like any other mini motorcycle tire.

They don;t and so it is what it is.

As I said, next time just buy the whole assemble and then it's very straight forward.

Hope that helps!
