I Have a laptop with windows XP but i want to install Win 7. But problem is that when i install win 7, my graphics and land card do not support, I search Lan drivers in internet but i did not found. the drivers are all there.
my guess you used MS media and not HP media
and thus the missing drivers.
but with Ethernet lan chip dead, that kills MS PnP driver support dead. Lan = local area network. Ethernet.

oops HP never sold this PC with W7 ever.
so no drivers there. due to that fact.

see that. that is a realtek chip.
This company is infamous for not supporting newer OS.
