Connect your camera to the computer and wait if the "found new hardware" message appears. If yes, choose to install and allow it to look for the drivers on the internet and automatically install them. If not then read further...
If you have Windows XP as your OS, click Start=> Control panel=> printers and other hardware=> add hardware("see also" tab on the left panel of the window) and click "next", the system guides you through the rest of the process.

If all of this fails borrow the driver disc from someone you know has the same camera. And COPY it for your own use or save it to a separate partition(note this is not illegal, as you've already purchased the product and you should be able to download it from the net, but...)
...the bad news is this product is already discontinued and there's not support at the manufacturer's site at present time.

Next time try to keep your CDs safe and try to buy a brand with better support if you were to buy again(like Logitech, Genius, A4-tech or M$ for example)
