I have a taylor ice cream machine thats keeps a constant beep even when ice cream is ready model 339-27

I'm not 100% on this model but here goes....
A "beeping" tone will sound to alert you
of a fault.
To discontinue the tone, access the Operator
Menu and enter Option B. Correct the fault, then press
the OFF (<--) key, and the tone will stop.
FYI Fault Description
(Option B)
This option lists any faults detected by the control and
allows the operator to clear them from the system.
When a fault is detected it will be displayed on the
second line of the LCD. Pressing the MENU/SEL key
will display the next fault found or return the display to
the Operator Menu if no additional faults exist. If the
OFF key is pressed when a fault is displayed, all faults
that have been corrected will be cleared from the LCD
upon returning to the Operator Menu. To return to the
Operator Menu, press the MENU/SEL key.

when the cursor reaches the end of the option, any
further movement in the same direction causes the
cursor to "wraparound" (to be placed at the opposite
end of the option listing)
