First download and install Pheonix. Nokia Phoenix Service Software 2011 - Download secondly Download flash file from this link Nokia flash file 0r 5220 file and install it to C / programme files/pheonix..after finished this installation open pheonix Inside the interface at the> left top <there you see "File" click there and choose "open file" and then select the approprait Product type i.e"which is written in the back banel inside the battery of every Nokia(Type RM-000).After doing this again at the left top count from "File"1..2..3..the 4th one is "Flashing" press there when you click there you'll see three icon just select the "Firmware Update" again you'll see another interface.Look at the product code there should be blank and put your "mouse tool" at the straight end from the "Product Code" there is a Botton and choose the code which is written in the back side of your phone.e.g CODE:0000000.if the same code does not found just take one.After this you can see "Dead phone USB flashing" click that box.Now this is the last stage... Try to reset your phone to factory setting.

Code to reset the Nokia 5220 XpressMusic

1.- Basic Reset or Soft Reset for nokia 5220 XpressMusic This option restores the .ini files from the ROM.
Does not erase data (photos, videos, documents) or applications from
a third party. Key Code *# 7780 # (click this combination of keys on the
keyboard in the mobile)



2.- Total Reset or Hard Reset for nokia 5220 XpressMusic
This option restores the original operating system from the ROM.
Formats the C: partition and deletes all data including the memory
card. Key Code *#7370# (click this combination of keys on the keyboard
in the mobile)

Important: To proceed to reset, the battery must be full and the
mobile device connected to the charger. If during the course of reset,
the mobile stop receiving electricity it can ruin the internal flash
memory of the mobile device and stop function.

If during this reset process it requires code, input 12345 as Nokia master reset code
