My phone was not starting then i go to shop and restart the phone then my imei number changes to 123456789? and i cannot use my phone

How did you know that the IMEI is incomplete ? Ok if your phone restarts itself the problem may related to IMEI at the same time if the WD timer (watch dog timer)is active this problem also happen.So to do this you need to contact mobile repairing shop.Thanks for visiting fixya

Some one using a spoofed number. There are various programs that can be used to show a fictitious number on caller ID. 123456789 is not a valid number.

Your IMEI number cannot change .

You need to take yr phone to a repair shop. They will help you take backup of the data if necessary and reset the phone.
