need the program to operate this web cam.it looks like a ladybug and says canon me on it when i plug it in it says searching for CIF

go to the logitech website and click on support.... look for webcams... they have pics of all the kinds of webcams they sell... click on the one that looks like yours.. the driver/software should be there.
