You haven't given a description of your issue, but seem to have a some problem with email, and using onetel services. The following is from their site at

Please find below the basic Onetel e-mail settings:
If your e-mail address ends in
onetel.com:
- Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.onetel.com Port: 110
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.onetel.com Port: 25
- Username: the first part of your e-mail address (everything before the @ sign)
- Password: the password you chose when you registered the e-mail address with Onetel
If your e-mail address ends in
onetel.net:
- Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.onetel.net Port: 110
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.onetel.net Port: 25
- Username: your full e-mail address
- Password: the password you chose when you registered the e-mail address with Onetel
