Have low speaker volume on rci ranger 2995 and on galaxy 949 how can I fix?

Have you been tried to adjust the volume in full, if it was already adjusted in the volume label then the volume still the same, possible is you have a bad component part like a transistor and the amplifier ic ( integrated circuit ). if you can open the unit then look for that part turn on then after a while turn off then touch if too hot that is mean their is a shorted. hope this may help thanks.
