Look at terminal labels, should be L 1 X and 2
Power coming from breaker should be 120Volt Black Hot wire, and White neutral wire.
Cable going to Load should be Black and White.
White wires should be on terminal X
Black Hot should connect to terminals L and 1
Black to Load should connect to terminal 2

If your timer looks different, repost question with link to photo on flickr

If timer stopped working:
GE15350 timer is 120 volt timer made by Tork.
It uses P47 trippers, and Tork 101 clock motor.

Hello! I have a 59017 timer, and this is my problem: When I put the timer in Timer option, If I have all the pins in off, the timer run ok, but if I put one Pin in On mode, The timer run ok but when find...

You don't say if this is new timer installation.
Or if timer was working before and suddenly stopped working.

I also own Woods 59017 timer from Home Depot.

1) New timer installation:
Open following link to access manual and read wiring instructions.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#59017

2) Old timer that stopped working:
If timer dial does not rotate, then the timer is broken, does not have power, or is wired wrong.
If timer stalls when it gets to a pin, then the clock motor has gotten weak, and is overheated and will stop working.

3) Buy new GE 15070 timer from Home Depot for $18
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html#15070
4) Buy new Woods 59017 at Amazon for $11 plus shipping

The timer feature will not turn off. We used the timer feature once and it counted down fine. Then we when pushed 'timer' again the 'timer' symbol would not come off the display screen. We now can't use...

The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes.

You would then need to consult the owner's manual.

You can download GE owner's manuals and installation instructions here.

You should be able to download your LG / Goldstar manual here. If not, you can contact them via that page to order one.

Cant figure out how to stop the timer before it goes out, or runs out of time

You should be able to hit the Stop pad, but you can download GE owner's manuals and installation instructions here.

If some of the pads on the keypad are not working, you may have a failed keypad, which can be replaced.

If so, please reply back with your model number and let us know.
