As with all PUK codes, you can only get them from your SIM card provider.
If
you have an unregistered pre-pay credit SIM, then unless the PUK was
included with the original SIM documentation then you're stuck as the
company will only provide them to registered users. If that's the case,
your fix is to abandon your SIM and all credit, data, and the phone
number associated with it and to install another SIM which means you also get
a new phone number.
PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is enteredafter the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and willrequire a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.

mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will
provide with the PUK code
DONOT enter the PUK code several times wrongly,It will
