Hello, ive recently bought the dawn of war 2 gold edition and was going to install it. it said that i needed to make and account for both steam and games for windows live, i agreed and did so, installed both the programs. when i accepted the terms and forums thingy i got directed to the steam key activation, i typed it in and double checked it like 1 billion times but when i hit next it says that the key code is wrong it tried like 10 times. please help me! i dont want to waste 50 euro on something i cant play.

You can email support at Steam but you must have the receipt for the game.If you bought the game second hand you have been ripped off as it won't work as it can only be registered to one syeam account ,I found this out when I bought half-life 2 to my cost.
First of all i know this sounds silly but check you're entering it correctly. You may have to manually enter the dashes if you enter it into a single box. Also can you clarify, is it the entire game not working or just gamespy. If the entire game try downloading and entering your code into a program called Steam and taking it from there.
