Hi ,
first u go to internet explorer and then go to connection then u click on lan settings , check if there is assign some proxy ip then delete the ip then click on the automatic detect settings on the top of that screen . After doing that just check
SOURCE: internet explorer cannot display the webpage
That error means the network cable that runs from the modem or network hub is unplugged from your network or lan card on the back of your machine. If you need further help please repost with the type of internet connection you have (dial up, network, or cable, satelite etc..)

IE: motherboard name audio driver you might have to try a few times to get it right

You need to get the model number of the Belkin unit, get on the web and find a driver for that router and install it.
