I suppose there are three things this could be.
I presume you know there are adjustable legs on the bottom of the washer. Adjust them to the height and stability you want and it won't wobble.
Load becomes unbalanced because weight of the contents are not distributed evenly around inside the tub. Don't put one heavy item in by itself either like a full gym bag.
If your machine has a "unbalance" sensor and refuses to start washing no matter what you do then you need a technician. The sensor is faulty.

Is it getting unbalanced? If not, I would suspect the mcu

There are shocks and springs that balance the drum. One or more is loose, broken or worn out.

i have a 9.5kg simpson washing machine just 5months old and ive had this problem E20 quite frequently that its annoying. I printed out a manual and foundout why. i do not have the patience to remove draining hose im sure there is a simplier way. Ive notice if i tap the side of machine 3 to 5 times it drains lol! seriously never had a problem with my old 7.5kg hoover machine, please help

Problem now solved, Simpson solved it by informing me that this machine comes with 4 transit straps on the bottom of the bowl to the adjustable feet. Its not stated anywhere on the material supplied.

It sounds like the sensing arm of the out of balance switch assembly is wrongly set. Get the guy back to do the job properly at no charge!

Can you please identify the problem with my washing machine?It appears all the functions of my simpson 175 washing machine work normally except the agitator only moves briefly and harshly for between 1 and 2 seconds.
