Please remove the cmos battery and reset the cmos by change the jumper to reset.
Then remove the motherboard from the cpu cabin and try to test outside TO AVOID any grounding issues.
Hope this helps to you..

I have just installed a 478 socket MSI MS-6526 ver 3 motherboard to my computer and all it dose is bleeps when i turn it on any help would be apricated

check for the error beep if you hear continues beep it means issue with the memory. check the RAM if it is properly inserted to the slots and if it is compatible to the motherboard. if you hear 2 or 3 beeps it means issue with the video. your video card maybe not compatible or not properly inserted to the slot. your motherboard has a built in VGA/Video card try using that first. try connecting the main components memory/RAM, power supply, KB and mouse, VGA card(optional you have a built-in) then check if there is a display or if it booted. then one by one add your other components you want to add. just to trace the problem.

Verify four things:

1. You are not plugged into the onboard video VGA port

2. Onboard video is disabled in BIOS.

3. Power is actually being applied to the card(make sure the fan spins up)

4. Reseat the card and make sure it is seated properly.

When I tern on my comp it is 3 beep what a problem

The Problem With RAM, If 3 short beeps( AMI bios). Video Problem Display Problem if One long beep and 2 Short beets( Award bios)

Remove the Power Connector from PC, and Open the cabinet and Locate the RAM, Remove it and put it back to same or diffent socket, or Try with New RAM.

if still no Use then it is the Display Problem, If display adapter is Onboard then motherboard needs Repair(Chip Level). try with new Graphics card. If you have any Graphics Card earliar then Try with New one. best of luck

No ram beep comes without ram and no display

> No RAM beep comes without RAM.

That is to be expected -- when the motherboard does _NOT_ detect any properly-mounted RAM, the motherboard sounds the "no-RAM" beep.

> and no display

Correct. Without RAM, the computer cannot "paint" anything onto the video screen.
