Hello dischukker, you've got one or two problems; or both.
The first thing to do is check the nylon or plastic guides at the front of the clothes drum for support.
I'm posting a video right after this sentence that shows the glides on a diagram as well as ordering information and pricing. What I loved about this site is they actually have a video right below that shows you how to install them. What a deal, right? When these become worn, they can make a lot of noise. They look like big white breath strips, and they're super easy to remove and install. You will know by looking at them, if they're worn. trust me.

The next thing to check would be the thrust washer. And like the other one, you will see the part in the link, and a video of how to install it.
