I can't open my safe. how can i know the combination of my safe. it is a normal safe.

with door open, remove panel on back of door. remove the nut holding the three wheels in place and mark original location and then relocate the pin on back wheel. Reinstall nut. test visually to make sure you know the correct combination and be able to open it without watching the wheels in the door before closing and latching it again.

if you know the battery is low then you need to open your safe using the keys and then change your batteries as the safe won't open using your 3 digit code if the batteries are low.

Not possible only u can do it with the dustruction of the combination lock pad.U ever register this safe?Yes?U can call the company up they'll tell u ur combination,because it a requirement,when u register it or they'll sent some one out for there master secret combination they get it open for u.

How to reset or change your lock combination:

• 1. Enter "zero" six times.
• 2. Enter your existing six (6) digit combination one time. (or 123456, factory default if you haven't changed the combination yet.
• 3. Enter your NEW six (6) digit combination two times.
• 4. If a mistake is made wait thirty (30) seconds and repeat steps 1 - 3.
• 5. Test lock operation several times before closing the door.

CAUTION: When selecting a combination do not use birthday or other predictable data that could give correlation between the user and combination.

• Valid Combination Entry - Double signal after valid six (6) digit combination is entered.
• Invalid Combination Entry - Triple signal indicates the old combination is still valid.

Hi, well i see this type of thing with safes, frequently here in Fixya, and there is really NO way to do anything, I mean they are a safe and are designed to NOT be defeated. The ONLY thing that I know of to resolve the issue is to contact the manufacturer, and provide proof of ownership, and they will show you how and what to do to open that safe up.
