To get DIGICEL network code you need to specify the network,country it is locked now.Get unlock code from the site
Theunlockarena.com and unlock from service provider lock easily.Then use with other GSM network sim card.

The phone needs the additional settings for setting up browser configurations with Digicel instead of t-mobile. Unlocking it simply takes off the carriers sim restricition and does not change settings to every carrier available. Digicel should have these settings.
